Meng Ding (mountain) Gan Lu is one of the famous historical Chinese Green Tea. Located in Sichuan Province (the Southern middle part of China), the tea making history of Meng Ding mountain can trace all the way back to the second imperial dynasty of China (206 BC–220 AD).
Gan Lu means sweet dew in English. Just as the name describes, this tea has sweet yet fresh taste with light grass aroma. Please follow the brewing instruction below if it is your first time to make this year.
Tea to Water Ratio: 1:50 which means 1gram tea for every 50ml water.
Steep Time: 2 minutes +/-
Tea ware: glass ware or any other glazed tea ware, please keep the lid open, don't cover it.
